  • Axl Rose was arrested this morning in Stockholm after allegedly biting a security guard in the leg. It took place just outside his hotel after and one police officer said that he was intoxicated. He was released shortly
  • the Raconteurs are ready to release their new single on July 31, a cover of David Bowie's "It Ain't Easy"
  • Tori Amos fans, mark your calendars: She will be releasing a box-set of rarities, hits, alternative mixes and more on September 26 called A Piano
  • Sleater-Kinney call on a Hiatus. Their label, Sub Pop, released a statement regarding their "indefinite haitus" and they have no future plans to make music or tour
  • Michael Jackson wants to get away from the U.S. to Europe in hopes to start a new career and life
  • Kevin Richardson has called it quits on the Backstreet Boys!
  • More News from Top of the Pops, Art Brut have made an online petiton for them to perform before the show is off the air for good
  • Razorlight fans, mark you calendars (I know I will): Their self titled Razorlight album is set to hit stores on July 17 (in the U.K.?). They will also have a performance in London right before the new release is available to buy
  • Kasabian fans, mark you calendars: the realease date for Empire is September 27
  • MySpace makes news again this week when two teenage girls in Florida made a phony profile to lure a man to an appartment and rob him at gunpoint.
