- Virgin Fest is coming to Olympic Island this fall. Acts include Gnarls Barkley, The Flaming Lips, The Raconteurs, The Eagles Of Death Metal, The Dears, Thrice, The Hidden Cameras, K'Naan, Zero 7, 2ManyDJs, Jose Gonzales and more. (Oh, this sounds like fun)
- Les Imcompetents singer, Billy Bell, is in intensive care after an argument on a bus that went to the street. Apparently he was punched then he hit his head on the pavement. (They're asking witnesses to call CrimeStoppers)
- Queen guitarist, Brian May, is aiming to get his PhD degree. He was a keen atronomer in the 1970's but couldn't continue with the success of the band
- Marylin Manson announces his film plans (he'll be directing and starring in it too)
